- You send us hours or pay changes before each pay run
- We process the pay run, report through STP and calculate super
- You approve each pay run before it is finalised

Frequently asked questions
What is Single Touch Payroll (STP)?
STP means reporting payroll information to the ATO each time you pay your employees, through your payroll software.
When does super need to be paid?
From 1 July 2026, under Payday Super, employers generally need to pay super at the same time as wages, so it reaches the fund within 7 days of payday. We confirm what applies to your business.
Can you work in the software I already use?
We are a certified MYOB, Xero and QuickBooks partner, so most likely yes. Message us to confirm.
How do I know if someone is an employee or a contractor?
It depends on the details of the working arrangement. Message us and we will point you to what to check.
