What this website collects
The contact form asks for your name, phone number and the service you need. When you send it, our website host, Netlify, delivers it to us by email and keeps a copy so we can call you back. We do not use it for anything else.
What we never ask for online
This website never asks for a tax file number or documents. Please do not send them by email or message before we have spoken with you.
How we use your details
We use the details you send us to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide the services you ask for. Netlify and your phone provider handle form messages and calls under their own privacy policies.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
This website does not currently set cookies or run analytics or advertising tags. If that changes, for example by adding Google Ads or analytics, this policy will be updated first.
Access, corrections and complaints
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by contacting us using the details above. If you are not satisfied with how we handle a privacy concern, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
